He has a PhD in Environmental Toxicology from Texas Tech University, is a TDSHS licensed Individual asbestos consultant, TDLR Mold Assessment Consultant and licensed lead inspector. He has over 20 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry, including risk assessment of large scale commercial developments, START emergency response during Hurricane Katrina and Deep Water Horizon and EPA Superfund remediation projects.

Mrs. Kitten is our environmental project manager for EEQ. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Lubbock Christian University, is a TDSHS licensed asbestos inspector, air monitoring technician and project monitor (AMT/PM) and is an ISO certified air specialist and has performed multiple OSHA compliant worker exposure assessments.
